Since the Cotton Monopoly Scheme expired in 2001, Federation has been managing MSP purchases in the state of Maharashtra as a Sub-Agent to CCI/NAFED.

As soon as a purchase is made, an online auction is used for Cotton Seed Sale. However, from 2021–2022, sales of Cotton Seed have not occurred due to no MSP Purchase.
